BASIC UNDERSTANDING
What is MagoX?
MagoX is a magnetic lifestyle accessory by SIKAI. It combines a changeable faceplate, magnetic attachment, phone stand use and personal expression into one small everyday accessory.
Is MagoX a wireless charger?
No. Current MagoX products are not wireless chargers. Magnetic does not always mean wireless charging, so MagoX should not be described as a charging product unless a future confirmed product page clearly says so.
What is a changeable faceplate?
A changeable faceplate is the front design plate of MagoX. It can carry different visual styles such as planet, pet, daily, artwork, color or future custom designs, depending on the confirmed series and product details.
Can I change the design?
The MagoX system is designed around changeable faceplates. Available designs, replacement methods and purchase options should follow the final product page or confirmed series page.
COMPATIBILITY & USE
Does it work with MagSafe?
MagoX may work with MagSafe compatible devices or magnetic ring plates where supported. Exact compatibility depends on the phone, case, magnetic surface and included accessories, so users should check the final product page before buying.
Can I use it with a magnetic ring plate?
In some use cases, a magnetic ring plate may help create a compatible magnetic surface. Whether a ring plate is included or required must be confirmed by the final product page.
Can I use it as a phone stand?
Yes, MagoX can support everyday stand use for desk, bedside, video and light viewing scenarios. It should not be described as a heavy-duty industrial mount or a universal holding solution.
Can I use it with a strap or band?
MagoX may support strap, band or carry scenarios depending on the final structure and safety testing. Do not assume universal strap compatibility before the product page confirms it.
DESIGN SERIES
What is Planet Series?
Planet Series is the current featured MagoX design direction. It uses planets, galaxies, orbit lines and space-inspired visuals to make the back of the phone feel like a small personal universe.
What are Daily Series and Pet Series?
Daily Series and Pet Series can be kept as draft or placeholder design directions until their final product details are confirmed. Their images and wording should stay flexible before launch.
Can I customize my own design?
Custom faceplates may become part of the MagoX system, but upload format, preview method, production timing, return rules and final confirmation process should be confirmed before public launch.
ORDER & SUPPORT
Where does the QR code lead?
The QR code route should only point to the confirmed official destination. Before launch, the exact QR landing page must be checked to avoid sending users to an unfinished or incorrect page.
Why does payment show SIKAI?
MagoX is part of the SIKAI brand family. Payment, statement or store display information may depend on the active Shopify payment setup. Final payment display details should match the confirmed store configuration before public launch.
Can I return a custom faceplate?
Return rules for custom faceplates should not be assumed before launch. Custom products usually need clear preview, confirmation and return-policy wording before customers place an order.
What should I confirm before buying?
Please confirm your phone model, case type, magnetic compatibility, included accessories, faceplate design, support policy and final product description before purchase.
