What is MagoX?
MagoX is a magnetic lifestyle accessory from SIKAI. It brings together a changeable faceplate, magnetic attachment and an everyday phone stand in one compact accessory.
Is MagoX a wireless charger?
No. MagoX is not a wireless charger and does not charge your phone. Magnetic attachment does not always mean wireless charging.
What is a changeable faceplate?
The faceplate is the front design piece of MagoX. You can switch between available designs to change the look without replacing the complete accessory.
Can I change the design?
Yes. MagoX is designed around changeable faceplates. Available designs and replacement options are shown on the relevant product or series page.
COMPATIBILITY & USE
Does it work with MagSafe?
MagoX is designed for magnetic attachment. Fit and holding strength can vary by phone, case and setup, so check the compatibility information on the product page before purchase.
Can I use it with a magnetic ring plate?
A suitable magnetic ring plate may create a compatible attachment surface for some devices or cases. Check the product page to see whether one is included or needed.
Can I use it as a phone stand?
Yes. Open the back ring to support your phone on a stable surface for everyday desk, bedside or video viewing.
Can I use it with a strap or band?
Use MagoX only with a compatible strap or band where supported. Before carrying your phone, make sure every connection is fully secured.

Planet Series is a space-inspired MagoX design direction shaped by planets, galaxies, orbit lines and deep cosmic tones.
What are Daily Series and Pet Series?
Daily Series focuses on clean, versatile designs for everyday setups. Pet Series brings playful pet- and character-inspired designs to the MagoX faceplate.
Can I customize my own design?
Customization availability will be shown on the relevant product page. If offered, review the artwork, preview, production and return requirements before ordering.

Where does the QR code lead?
Use only the QR code printed on official MagoX packaging or materials. It will direct you to the corresponding official SIKAI experience or product information page.
