Using MagoX with a Power Bank: Fit, Cables and Everyday Carry

MagoX can help connect a phone and power bank in a compatible magnetic arrangement, but it does not provide charging power. The power bank and cable supply electricity. Before using the combination, check physical fit, device weight, port access and cable routing.

This guide focuses on everyday wired charging and carry. Magnetic attraction alone does not prove that two devices are suitable to use together.

Separate attachment from charging

The ring is a physical accessory. It can provide a connection point in compatible setups, while the charging equipment does a different job. A phone can attach magnetically without supporting wireless charging through that arrangement.

Check the instructions for your exact phone, case, power bank and cable. Do not assume a magnetic connection adds wireless-charging support or changes a power bank's electrical specifications.

Check the whole arrangement before attaching

Start by supporting both devices close to a stable surface. Check that the mating surfaces align properly. If the power bank shifts, the ring lifts or a port becomes difficult to reach, stop and reassess the combination.

Route the cable without pulling on the connection

Connect the cable normally and leave enough slack for the intended position. A tight cable can pull sideways when you move the phone. Excess loose cable can catch on other objects. Choose a route that keeps the connector comfortable and the screen accessible.

Do not force a connector into a blocked port or use the cable to hold the devices together. If the setup needs constant pressure to stay aligned, choose a different arrangement.

Support the devices while moving

Check attachment each time you pick up the combination. Keep supporting the phone and power bank, especially when changing grip, putting the setup into a bag or disconnecting a cable. Treat the ring as an everyday convenience rather than a guarantee against separation.

A heavier or differently shaped power bank can change the balance even if another power bank worked previously. Recheck the fit whenever you change an accessory or case.

Use the included accessories only where appropriate

The listed MagoX kit contains one magnetic ring, one adhesive magnetic ring and two hook-and-loop straps, listed as 20 cm and 10 cm. The straps may help secure compatible accessories where appropriate, but they do not establish universal compatibility.

When to keep the power bank separate

Keep the devices separate if the combined weight feels awkward, the connection is uncertain, controls or ports are blocked, or the cable pulls on the arrangement. A conventional cable connection with the power bank resting securely nearby may be more practical.

Follow each device maker's charging and operating instructions. Stop using equipment that is damaged or behaves abnormally. Do not rely on MagoX for high-impact or safety-critical mounting.

No. MagoX provides physical attachment, grip and stand functions. The charging equipment supplies power.

Will every magnetic power bank fit?

No. Shape, mating surface, weight, alignment and phone-case construction all matter. Verify the exact combination.

Can I assume wireless charging will work?

No. Check wireless-charging compatibility separately with the instructions for all devices in the arrangement.

What information should I send support?
